The other day I went by a house we lived in when my kids were growing up. When they were little(25 years ago) we dug up a couple of oak tree saplings from my parents’ yard in Collin County and planted those in our yard in Dallas. Those baby trees are now huge oak trees that many people enjoy past , present, and future .
